How can I download my bills?
The balance on your account is the amount of money you’ve paid, minus the bills deducted. This may be a positive number if you’ve overpaid, in which case you do not owe us any money. This will be a minus number if you have underpaid and still have an outstanding balance.
To find your up to date balance, click on the “Insights” tab, then in “Statements”. This will give you a running balance, including the incurred charges for that month. (Please note that the status of “estimate” is due to the bill not yet being issued. This status will change to "“Due” once billed)
This is not the same as a bill; which is the amount of money owed over a certain period of time (usually a month). Make sure to check whether the number appearing on your account is a balance or a bill before making payment.
What’s the difference between my bill and my balance?
Did my payment go through?
If you can’t see a “payment successful” message, this does not mean that your payment didn’t go through. If this occurs, please wait a while and check your balance before trying to pay again. If you’re still unsure, contact our Customer Service team.
